A great master of cante, of
which there are few left, highly appreciated by the most demanding
traditional cante jondo fans. Each appearance by
José de la Tomasa from Seville “is an event”. He
dazzles, excites, with his high-quality, pure flamenco voice, and
displays an extraordinary knowledge of styles. Throughout his long
career he has been guided by the purest essence of the singing of
the illustrious names of flamenco, and he keeps alive the art
inherited from his parents, Pies de Plomo and La Tomasa.
